1. Acceptance of Terms

Global Integrated Learning Collaborative Inc. ("GILC", "we", "us", or "our"), incorporated under the Business Corporations Act of Ontario, Canada (Corp #17189168), provides educational consulting, research mentorship, and collaborative learning advisory services subject to the following Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Advisory Services

GILC provides academic guidance, research workshop coordination, and mentorship facilitation. While we endeavor to connect participants with distinguished scholars and provide comprehensive academic advising, GILC does not guarantee admission into specific academic institutions or specific academic grades.

3. Payments and Billing

All deposits and advisory fees are charged in Chinese Yuan (CNY) or Canadian Dollars (CAD) as clearly designated at checkout. Electronic payments processed via Stripe (including WeChat Pay, Alipay, and major Credit Cards) comply with PCI-DSS security standards. Customers are provided with an electronic confirmation upon successful checkout.

4. Intellectual Property

All curriculum outlines, research methodology guides, proprietary branding, and website content remain the intellectual property of Global Integrated Learning Collaborative Inc.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
