Deposits paid for initial 1-on-1 academic advisory sessions (e.g. ¥500 CNY) are 100% refundable if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation video conference.
For custom research tracks and faculty mentorship slots, once a syllabus has been finalized and a university faculty mentor confirmed, deposit refunds are processed on a pro-rata basis subject to administrative onboarding fees as detailed in individual program agreements.
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method (WeChat Pay, Alipay, or credit card) within 5 to 10 business days in compliance with banking clearing standards.
